1. Services Offered

AK & Sons provides long-term vehicle leases and lease-to-own options for rideshare and delivery drivers. A written lease contract governs all agreements.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• • Be at least 21 years old
• • Hold a valid Maryland driver's license
• • Have proof of active registration with a rideshare or delivery service
• • Pass a background and driving record check

3. Payments & Fees

• • Weekly payments are due as agreed in your contract.
• • Late fees and penalties may apply for missed payments.
• • A refundable security deposit may be required before taking possession of a vehicle.

4. Vehicle Use

You agree to:

• • Use the vehicle solely for legal purposes, including rideshare or delivery driving
• • Maintain the vehicle in good condition
• • Notify AK & Sons of any accidents, mechanical issues, or citations immediately

5. Lease Termination

AK & Sons reserves the right to terminate your lease in the event of:

• • Non-payment
• • Unauthorized use or vehicle neglect
• • Violation of any terms of the lease contract

You may return the vehicle early with prior notice, subject to early termination terms in your lease.

6. Liability

AK & Sons is not responsible for:

• • Income lost due to vehicle issues, downtime, or denial by rideshare platforms
• • Towing or impoundment caused by your personal conduct

You are responsible for securing your own insurance and complying with local laws.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
